Standing on the Word of God for Healing

I had an unexpected emergency experience at the hospital beginning a few weeks ago, where I needed surgery on my colon. 5 inches was removed, 1 inch of obstruction and 2 inches of margin on either side. For an Herbal healer, surgery, hospitals, and drug therapies have been far from my mind. NEVER did I expect this, but perhaps I feared it. 

My surgery was very successful, and the "specimen" removed was isolated in that it contained cancer cells, but those cells had not spread to lymph glands, fat, or any other tissues- thank God. Before knowing the results of pathology, I could feel the presence of GOD in the hospital letting me know I was healed. HEALED, not just from the piece of tissue removed, but healed in my soul. I felt free of all bitterness, anger, resentment, and unforgiveness. An overwhelming feeling of gratitude for God's love for me and care as I stayed in the hospital for 8 days, caused me to confess those sins I held in my body, specifically in part of my digestive tract.

I know that GOD gave me a second chance at life, and although I had been born again for 20 years, I now knew I was marked by GOD to share what He has done for me. I believe if I keep quiet, and do not share what God has done for me, then I will not stay healed for long. I believe God wants to use me for his Kingdom, to bring people to Christ, repentance, and supernatural healing. 

Below are the verses that really helped me in the hospital and continue to help me at home as I recover. Pray for my physical healing and for physical strength, as I need a second (smaller) surgery to complete what was begun in the first one.
