Jenel, Herbalist (20 + years), owner of Sheep Hill Herbs - an herbal, plant-based business in Reading Pennsylvania. My life-long work is to teach others how to plant, grow, and use herbs in culinary preparations or herbal remedies to help themselves and their families attain greater wellness. I have made herbal remedies for 2 decades, drank thousands of cups of tea, mixed hundreds of tinctures, and grown many gardens. I have found the deepest healing has come from sitting, listening and working with the plants in meditation. When we are able to sit quietly, we hear the still small voice of God in our hearts.

Zyto BASIC Compass Scan/ What Herbs to Take? - Technology based scan, with a hand cradle to determine the herbs that will bring your body into balance. Helps with digestion, sleep, stress, sinus issues, allergies and more. The scan is accompanied by a consultation where I go over the printout and further aid in the choosing the appropriate herbs and amounts to bring wellness and balance to your life.
In person appointment - 1/2 hour $65, 1 hour $140
Zyto Food Scan/ What should I eat?? - This method analyzes more than 450 potential food sensitivities including fruits, vegetables, dairy, grains, eggs, meats, poultry, fish, beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, fats, oils, sugars, and more! This scan will reveal your unique food "stressors" and "balancers".
$155.00 initial scan/ $139.00 follow-ups
Zyto BALANCE Scan/ Peek Inside Your Body- This scan is different than the ZYTO BASIC Compass, in that it is more in-depth and will cover toxins, parasites, fungus, molds, chemical stresses, all organ systems, emotions and how they effect the body. I will also be able to scan your teeth, and vertebrae. This is a much more extensive scan, and appointments are typically 1 1/2 hours in length. I recommend this for people who have some stubborn emotional/ physical issues they want to address.
$175.00 for initial scan/ $157.00 follow-ups
**ALSO AVAILABLE LONG DISTANCE/ PLEASE INQUIRE. There is an extra $300 fee for the purchase of a hand cradle that will be shipped to you.

Old Fashioned HERBAL Consultation
For the individual - During a consultation I will ask questions to help to get to the root of an issue that you want to address, with herbs and food. I use Dr. Christopher and Kingdom University herbal methods and teachings for my clients, which include nutritive whole foods, and plant medicines targeted for each individual. My own methods combine both physical support, and habit reforming techniques to yield body wellness and resilience. I see the best results when I work with someone for at least 90 days.
1 hour appointments $135
1/2 hour appointments $75
**HERBS are additional cost per appointment. I make a lot of the herbal formulas I recommend, and I also use a few other companies that I know have 100% pure herbs in their formulas.
